About the Role

We are looking for experienced Director of Product Management with the passion to make a lasting impact in our industry, the analytical and creative brains to solve big problems with innovative ideas, and the entrepreneurial spirit to work hard and execute on their own ideas. You’ll be joining a dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team that enjoys working with our world-class clients and an accomplished engineering team to build products that our users love.

 

What You Will Do

  • Establish yourself as the true Product Owner by setting and communicating the product vision and working with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Lead your team in translating the product strategy, clients, and business needs into a product roadmap of measurable outcomes. 
  • Partner with product design, engineering, and QA to communicate business needs, product vision, and go-to-market plan to ensure alignment across teams and drive strategy and tactical execution.
  • Simplify large and complex problems for many audiences and lead your team through effective solution design and execution. 
  • Envision, build, and maintain enterprise-wide omnichannel products by leveraging internal and external best practices and standards to drive design and decision-making to successful execution. 
  • Foster an environment allowing everyone to deliver their best work, empower your team to act in the best interest of the customer and company, and regularly recognize your team members' contributions and accomplishments.

What You Will Need

 

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of directing product teams with specific experience building, managing, and implementing products from inception to market.
  • Deep understanding of agile product methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment


Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in contingent staffing industry
  • Familiarity with recruiting technologies 
  • Experience with product design tools Figma, Sketch, FigJam or others.

  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : 7+ Years
  • Travel Required : 25% or less
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
