Content Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, organization, and optimization of content across digital channels. This role will oversee content strategy and execution to support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing and editorial skills with experience managing content calendars, collaborating across teams, and leveraging analytics to improve content performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and subject matter experts to produce compelling and accurate content.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all content assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing processes within CMS platforms.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, customer storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Stay current on content trends, audience behaviors, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content management, content marketing, editorial, or digital marketing roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms and formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Experience creating multimedia content including video, webinars, or podcasts.
  • Understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted content creation tools.
